Walk into any location during open hours — no appointment. If you would rather know the ballpark before you drive over, send photos and rough weights through our quote form and we will reply the same business day.

2. We test and weigh in front of you
Every piece is tested for purity using acid or electronic testing and weighed on a calibrated, legal-for-trade scale. You stand at the counter and watch. We separate karats, point out plated or gold-filled items, and explain any deductions for stones and clasps.
