Text messaging privacy

When you text us or opt in on our form, we collect your mobile number, your messages and any photos you send, and use them only to give you a quote and arrange your appointment. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties, except service providers (such as our messaging carrier) that deliver messages on our behalf. Advertising measurement (Meta)

We use the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel on our website and Meta's Conversions API from our servers to measure how our ads perform and to help Meta show our ads to people likely to be interested. We share with Meta, Inc.: the pages you view, when you request a quote or tap to call or text us, and later steps such as a booked appointment or completed purchase (including the purchase amount); your IP address and browser details; Meta cookie identifiers (_fbp, _fbc) and ad click IDs; and your phone number, first name and email address in hashed (scrambled) form so Meta can match the event to an account. Meta processes this under its own privacy policy.

Visitors in regions that require consent (such as the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland) are asked first, and nothing is sent unless they accept. Everyone can change or withdraw their choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page; after you reject, we stop sending your events to Meta. You can also manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings. We keep a record of each cookie choice (a random visitor ID, the choice, the date and the notice version shown).
